Why are the salt and coffee polishes different?

Each of our products has an array of different benefits. You’ll find the salt-based polishes are a thicker, paste-like consistency - we recommend warming between your palms when using. The coffee-based products are coarser, designed for those looking for a more abrasive exfoliation.

No matter which of the fab five you choose they’re all packed with vitamins and oils, so make sure you just pat dry after use, so your skin can soak up all the good stuff. To read more about how to use our products visit In The Glow.

I have sensitive skin, which of the five body polishes are best for my skin?

All skin is different and behaves differently with different products. We always recommend patch testing our products first to make sure you don’t have any reactions. All our products are made out of natural ingredients which most skin types respond well to. Ylang Ylang is packed with soothing and calming benefits, so you may want to start with our Ylang Ylang polish - the salt based polishes also offer a softer exfoliation. 

Can I track my order?

You can - all tracking details will be on your confirmation email. We send all orders via Sendle.

How long will my order take to process?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase. 

Can I return my order?

If you change your mind, you can send back any product for a refund if returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, make sure your product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. If opened or used, unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges or refunds. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods and we’ll notify you once we’ve received your return.

Can I send Polished as a gift?

Aren’t you a good friend?! Yes, tell us that it’s a gift in the notes section, along with what you’d like written and we’ll send it directly to that lucky someone.

How do I store my body polish?

Keep all our products at room temperature. Make sure you tighten the lid on the body polishes after each use to minimise any extra water getting into the tub. Our body polishes have a shelf life of six months once opened.
